Right indent in PowerPoint -
Question
-
I got a PowerPoint file from an internal customer which contains some tables with right-aligned columns. The text jams right upwardly against the edge between columns.
I opened the paragraph formatting dialog and found that it provides for a left indent but no right indent. I tried to insert a not-breaking space every bit in Word; no luck.
How can I get some space between the right-aligned text and the column border?

How-do-you-do,
I have washed a test in PowerPoint for Office 365, maybe you could try to fix the Right margin in the Shape Options of tables. Delight choose one table for a exam, click the border of tabular array and right click > Format Shape > Shape Options, Size & Properties > Text Box > Right margin. Select the text in table, adjust the value in Correct margin. The following picture is the display issue of 1cm and 0.25cm as Right margin value.
If you accept any updates, please feel gratis to permit me know.
Best Regards,
Emily

Thank you, I found another solution. PowerPoint does not have a keyboard mapping for the nonbreaking space, but it handles the character (0xA0) properly. Y'all can insert it through the Insert > Symbol command if yous know that. PowerPoint gives you absolutely no help finding it, though!
